Michael Geraci

Mike Geraci joined Intricon in 1983. He has served as the company’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing since January 1995. Mike received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Bradley University and an MBA from the Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota.

Sara Hill

Sara Hill joined the company in 2020. She brings energy, optimism and more than 20 years of strategic human resource and executive experience to Intricon. Previously, she was the chief human resource officer at Ceridian, where she led people engagement and talent strategies for the employee community and managed all HR functions. Prior to Ceridian, she served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at US Bank. Sara earned a B.A. in communications from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA with human resources and marketing concentrations from Vanderbilt University.

Dave Liebl

Dave joined the company in 2021. He brings to Intricon over 25 years of technical experience in the medical device industry, including Development, Operations, Quality, Regulatory and Project Management. He has broad expertise in a number of key technologies critical for medical device design and manufacturing. Previously, he worked NeoMetrics/Heraeus and Biomerics in roles as Vice President and President. Prior to Biomerics, Dave has worked in the laser angioplasty space at MedAmicus / Enpath Medical. Dave received a B.S. in Engineering Physics from South Dakota State University.

Scott Longval

Scott Longval-V

Scott Longval is President and Chief Executive Officer of Intricon. He joined the company in 2005 and has served as the company’s chief financial officer, chief operating officer and corporate controller. Previously, he was principal project analyst at ADC Telecommunications, Inc., a provider of innovative network infrastructure products and services. He was also manager of financial planning and analysis for Accellent, Inc., formerly MedSource Technologies, a provider of outsourcing solutions to the medical device industry. He served as well as an audit senior at Arthur Andersen. Scott received a B.S. in accounting from the University of St. Thomas.

Craig Sandbulte

Craig Sandbulte

Craig Sandbulte joined IntriCon in 2019 as Vice President of Corporate Quality and Regulatory Affairs. He has more than 20 years of experience working in various quality roles within the medical device industry, most recently as vice president of global quality assurance at Cantel Medical. In that role, he delivered quality assurance support for global manufacturing operations and held responsibility for the execution of compliance with domestic regulatory standards, global policies, international law and guidelines. Craig received an M.S. in manufacturing systems from St. Thomas University and a B.S. in manufacturing engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
